I began C and C Investments by being a "matchmaker" of sorts, bringing real estate investors together (buyers and sellers) in order to provide the buyers with quality cash-flowing properties in prime locations. Along with providing an upside for buyers, I have been driven to provide the sellers with cash buyers who will purchase their investment properties quickly. At this point, I am looking to expand my horizons by becoming a buyer myself, investing in cash-flowing, turn-key multi-family properties. In order to do so, I am seeking funds to be able to get my business of being a real estate investor off of the ground.
