Yonder Media is a media and communications company focused on rural and under-served markets. We deliver services to communities that either have limited or no access to broadband, and no defined source of communications and media for commerce. We bring commerce, higher education, and business opportunities to communities that are adversely affected by the lack of adequate high speed internet access. Physical plant and cabling costs are too high for traditional wire-line providers. We focus on communities ranging in size from 2,500-15,000, and have successfully deployed and operate networks throughout rural Northern Nevada and Northern California currently, with plans to expand to 150 markets in 28 states over the next 48 months.
We are a seasoned, experienced management team of former Silicon Valley veterans of a number of successful venture backed start-ups that heave ended in successful liquidity events for investors. We are looking for acquisition and expansion financing either through equity, debt, and secured or convertible debt.
