Craig is a graduate of The Ohio State University, where he received Bachelor of Science Degrees in both Operations Research and Economics. He has co-authored multiple publications on shop floor automation, decision support systems, manufacturing process improvement, and white-collar productivity measurement and improvement. He also received the Institute of Industrial Engineers award for "Best Project Performed by an Industrial Engineer" for his work in white-collar productivity and work methods improvement.
