This corporation was established two years ago with the intent of producing and marketing brand new mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic products on a ongoing basis. A manufacturing and marketing continuum of diversified, new products is the long term goal.
The products are and will be:
(URL removed) brand new, and never before done with zero competition.
(URL removed)ept on rare occasions, all the products will have multiple target markets with virtually unlimited sales potential.
(URL removed) expect a brand new product, ready for marketing every 30 to 60 days.
(URL removed) the products will be greatly needed by their targeted industries.
(URL removed) the products initially, will be easy to manufacture in a clean assembly, and packaging type environment.
(URL removed) the initial products will be inexpensive to bring from the R&D, prototype stage to the ready for marketing stage.
(URL removed) occasion, patents will be applied for but not as a general rule. Our first product, “Acoustical Tile Blocks”, is now in the process of “patent pending”. This product can be viewed at (URL removed) and has recently been listed in MacRaes Blue Book of industrial supplies.
To date, approximately 15 thousand dollars of Mr. Suits's private money has been spent setting up the corporation, developing 3 computerized, pneumatic powered machines that automatically produce large quantities of Acoustical Tile Blocks, purchasing inventory, tools, hardware, and an endless variety of assorted start-up items. New product lines will follow shortly. There is close to ten thousand dollars worth of finished tile blocks and raw materials on hand. We also have an attorney and accountant on call.
Marketing these products will be dynamic, hard hitting, and national including e-mail campaigns, targeted direct mail, company sales reps, manufactures representatives, trade shows, and what ever other methods we can initially afford. This is the key to success but unfortunately, marketing products can be an expensive endeavor and at this point, an investor would be a wise choice to help with marketing, new product development, and facility expansion as needed.
Michael W. Suits is a 35 years old homeowner with a wife and a three year old daughter. He is a union foreman in the construction industry and has a good understanding of physics, electromechanics, electronics, high-end internet animation, web site construction, and component acquisition.
He has a gifted affinity for creating and making new circuits and devices work and never quits until they do.
The next products in line are tried, tested and sorely needed in their respective industries and again, with unlimited sales potential and zero competition.
Research and development of new idea's and products will of course, always be an ongoing priority. At the moment, we have access to a dozen of such potential products. Most of these products, unlike the tile blocks that require automation to produce possibly tens of thousands of blocks per month can be brought to the production stage in as little as two weeks with a total expenditure of 300 dollars or less per product. A minimal investment for products that have unlimited sales potential especially when considering one brand new product, ready to market every 30 to 60 days or much less given a full time product developer.
As an example, the use of Acoustical Tile Blocks will save any construction company approximately 23 man-hours of labor installing 1000 linear feet of “reveal type” hung ceilings and at 60 dollars an hour including benefits, what company can afford not to use Acoustical Tile Blocks?
At the moment, operations are located at Michael's converted garage in Westwood, NJ and already bulging at the seams with machinery, tools, and inventory.
Product photographs and short movies of the current production machinery in action are available on request along with photo's of two new product lines to come.
Thank you...
