Description:
The Purple Goose is a prominent children's boutique/consignment store in downtown Alexandria, Virginia. The store has no more than 1000sq ft. It has been established for over 17 years. It estimates an average of $150-$170k per year in sales, without Internet sales. The owner is selling the store and my wife and I have direct interest in purchasing.
