Description:
I have a retail thrift store / along with a weekend Flea Market and auction. I had no capitol when i started and I can't get to the profit with out a few things. What I do have is a good location and growing and operating business. I have a Plan and expect to make a operating profit immeadiatley after i get the following done : Put up a sign and put signs all round the building. Fix the front Doors. Make a few structiural changes inside. Buy merchandise for the store and my ebay store. I have an ebay room in the business also. I need money for employees. All i need is first weeks pay for about 5 to 10 people because What I have them do will make the money start coming in. Especially with the Ebay I plan to get that in the thousands per month. Enough to pay back any loan right there. I have a credit card processor and i am going to offer gift cards. I also need to pay for the first advertising campaign that is 2000 per month itself. I have a property that is almost payed off its worth 100,000 and i owe 20,000 on it i can use that as collateral. I have made all my overhead and lease payments for the 20.000 sq ft retail space on time it is worth 700,000 and i am buying that in my plan for 495,000 so the note on that is available also. This kind of business is recession proof. It can only go up in profits. So the owners of the property that i am buying it from are happy that some one takes a building off the vacant list in this kind of economy.. I assure you that if you talk to me you will make solid money and your monthly payments will always be on time and backed by collateral. I project gross revenues for the thrift store to be 1000 to 2000 a day or 30,000 to 60,000 a month and thats just a low estimate. That does not include the ebay sales or the flea market Renters.
