Hello,
Although my U.S. operations are essentially a startup, I established my brand 'Dutch Master®' in Australia in 1998 and have previously sold my branded fertilizer products in Australia, Canada, Europe and the U.S.. I moved all corporates from Australia to Washington State in 2014 given the legalization of cannabis, including contracting my specialty fertilizer manufacturing to Fujifilm in Chicago. I commissioned a Seattle web design firm to custom build a $45K e-commerce website which went live Q4 2016. My operation is now very automated through the use of 3PL warehousing and can be run remotely and corporates can be located in any tax friendly zone. I now seek to sell up to 50% of my company to an investor to facilitate further work on my website, ramp up an aggressive digital marketing campaign and expand our newly released product range while also expanding sales reach back into both Australia and Canada.
