My company, as yet unnamed, is seeking to break into real estate investing. I find opportunities priced well below market and wiii use equity to leverage new acquisitions. My problem, I have no initial start up capital. My goal is to attain initial start up capital to fund my first investment. The return on investment will be the industry norm, plus 50% of the net income from the rental properties until I can refinance. I am a proven upstanding individual who is expecting to participate in this industry for the long-term. Since this is my first official 'request' for funding, my format for this request may not be what you are used to reading. However, I hope my point does get across. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
