In todays market we have to be creative in the manner in which we get these projects funded. On this transaction with one of our key customers we must treat this package as a refinancing package. E-biofuels is joining forces with Shehu Energy under an agreement which will strengthen both of our positions in the market, this transaction is going to require $30,500,000 in new long term debt that will be used primarily to refinance all of our currents debt along with incurring new cost to expand the operating capacity.
Shehu is a fuel marketing company that will be able to gain credibility by owning assets and being able to promote that they are more than just a broker in the fuel marketing arena. E-biofuels will be able to go in to the open market with limited debit mobilize a team and take over and manage operations at other plants once again making them profitable and sharing in the success of these plants financially.
Shehu and e-biofuels have been long time business acquaintances and in this new era of business are going to be perfectly positioned to enter into new markets and capitalize on the down turn at other facilities. Our discipline during these times has been profound and we feel that this unity will allow us to become one of the few producers in the US that will be able to capitalize on the upcoming opportunities in the market.
