My LLC is purchasing a Physician Practice to expand my company:
I am seeking a Limited Investment Partner. Well established FL based Physician Practice (1987) with a MRI is the acquisition target.
Your investment yields a 50 percent annual return for a 15% Limited Partnership Investment. I am seeking an investment of $300,000 for the initial acquisition. You will receive 15% stock ownership in my LLC.
There are several other complimentary practices available in the general market area as well.
Main financing is SBA and stock purchase transaction includes 1 M in Real Estate, 1.5 M in Fixed Assets and over 2.3 M in current Accounts Receivable. Annual pre-tax cash flow after debt & interest exceeds $1,000,000.
Limited Investor WILL NOT sign on ANY DEBT and investment liability will be limited to the initial investment in my LLC which will buy the Physician Practice. Dividend will be paid monthly.
I will be the day to day manager and ALL staff will remain in place including Physician seller. I have over 24 years of healthcare management experience with 15 years at the Executive Level.
