Description:
I am currently a full time real estate agent servicing Columbia, SC and the surrounding areas. As an agent, I have access to properties and some incredible opportunities as soon as they hit the market. My husband is retired military after serving 22yrs and is currently a full time student. Together we have formed Envision-Invest, LLC. Our mission is to use real estate investing as a tool and a resource to help others, generate positive cash flow, and build generational wealth for our family and help others do the same. We are currently targeting homes for middle income property owners, that require minimal renovations, that we can re-market for maximum profit.
