Description: Named in honor of four children, the 4 Horsemen Steakhouse will offer its guest’s high-class contemporary style dining with a sophisticated ambiance. the menu will feature innovative variations of American favorites with an enticing array of hand-cut seasoned Black Angus steaks, prime rib, chicken, seafood, soups, salads, and a selection of palatable appetizers and desserts. Our full-service bar will have both domestic and international beers, cocktails made from only the best premium liquors, and a list of wines hand-picked to complement any one of our entrées. The location selected for the 4 Horsemen Steakhouse to call home is Colleyville, Texas; a budding community located in North Tarrant County and part of the “Metroplex” of North Central Texas. Founded in 1956, Colleyville is known as a model city with attention to being an efficient and attractive neighborhood-oriented community sensitive to history, resources, and residents. State Highway 121 is the main thoroughfare serving the city; however, Interstate 35, Interstate 635, State Highway 114, and State Highway 183 are easily accessible. This community lies approximately five miles from the Dallas /Fort Worth International Airport, 14 miles from downtown Fort Worth, 20 miles from downtown Dallas, and minutes from popular attractions throughout the Metroplex. The partially equipped and furnished former restaurant space is 7,399 square feet and sits on 2.10 acres. It features a spacious dining area, an outdoor patio, and a full-service bar with seating to accommodate the maximum occupancy of the building. There is also a private banquet room for special occasions, private parties, or business meetings. The newly remodeled custom bar is partially equipped and has eight taps. This space is easily accessible from State Highway 121 for those traveling in either direction. I have forecasted a revenue for the first three months of business to be $635,250. Assuming this goal is met, we have forecasted a conservative 3% increase in year two and a 5% increase in revenue in year three. It is our intent to both achieve and maintain a reputable distinction in service, atmosphere, and also with the choices of entrees the menu offers will allow for the 4 Horsemen Steakhouse to gain a first class reputation for epicureanism, amiable cordiality, and solaced splendor; allowing the attraction and retention of a loyal consumer base from the Colleyville community as well as the Dallas/ Fort Worth Metroplex as a whole.
