I have been given territory rights to california, nevada, and utah for an exclusive boat dealership from a boat manufacturer that has been in business 45 years 3rd generation owners. They have several existing dealers that have been very successful in other territores. This boat is very unique; handcrafted, high quality, high performance output, cabin cruisers and open bowes only in large sqft. sizes. They have some exclusive features that bring no competitive comparison with other manufactures. they are 20% less than competition and bring a margin of 30% to the dealer. I need capital to open a dealership in CA and buy 8 boats for showroom inventory only to market orders 1.2M I can use the boats as collateral. that can be fire sold at 1.5x the value 1-3 yr investment term 9-12% per year on priciple, willing to accept up to 8 investors. we will open the nv, ut dealerships in 1-2 yrs.
