I have recently acquired the rights to purchase an unused Water Tower from the City of Greater Sudbury in Canada.
The intent is to convert the interior of the Tower into a three story commercial office facility approximatley 15,000 to 17,000 square feet along with advertisng boards on the external tower legs. Potential uses could include a Restuarant/Bar and Lounge - Casino or Commercial Office Space.
The Tower is on top of a hill near the centre of town and overlooks the local lake, city centre and much further to the city limits.
I am currently completing a study, including design and final capital estimate for the project. This will be finalised with the next 4-5 months.
