We are a multi-faceted construction company that provides turn-key design / build services along with product sales for the projects. I have recently been searching for an independent living community for my father who is 74 years old. During this search I have realized that this area could benefit from another community like this. Currently all of these communities have a waiting list averaging 6 months to a year. Also they only provide either HUD subsidized or private pay with nothing in the middle. With the baby-boomers retiring in full swing I believe that it would be beneficial to the community and profitable to whomever were to build a new housing community to fill this need.
