I started (URL removed) about a year ago. I got the idea when a family I knew was looking to build a house. They based a $250,000 decision off of the Better Business Bureau and a gut instinct. As it turned out, there gut instincts were not correct and I watched them go through the most stressful year of their lives. I knew there had to be a better way.
The site was built as a test site for my local area and is in need of a professional re-build. I had a lot of success with the site until some of the ratings were completed and glitches were notices.
I am looking for either the funding to pay for this re-build and marketing or someone who already has the expertise with sites to get them into the mainstream and profitable.
I currently work in sales for a large company and have a lot of experience and success with this company, but I need a good product that I am very confident in before I can do any type of sales. I have a lot of ideas for this site and where I would like to see it go, but I need help getting the site to that point.
