Nebraska TLC, Tax Lien Consulting, was established to help taxpayers who couldn't pay their property taxes and were facing property tax foreclosure. We offer to pay the taxes for them before they lose it to auction in return for the property and may even pay them 30% of the adjusted retail value, of the property. We also act as a wholesaler and find investors to buy the property either from us or our clients. Nebraska TLC also finds other distressed properties throughout Omaha and surrounding towns and tries to find the right investor for the properties.
