Description:
My name is Corey Little and I have a business proposal for a business that can help give hundreds of people jobs working at home as customer service agents for amazing companies such as AAA and ATT. The growth potential is limitless and the benefits are great as it would put a lot of workers back into the force. I have 22 employees ready and would 1st search the Michigan talent base for qualified individuals.
Company Overview
We are Black Theory Inc., A virtual Service Corporation, the only of our kind in the Metro Detroit Area. Not only are we putting REAL, profitable work in the city, we are enabling them to work from the comfort of their own home office.
We are a Virtual Services Corporation that will hire 45 employees for guaranteed work as independent contractors for a number of businesses in search of a quality team of individuals to man there customer service and Technical support needs. There are job opportunities from making and receiving calls to web chatting and emailing. Compensation structure includes payment on a project, call, per minute or per hour basis. The agent will receive $7-12/hr on average for time worked. We will receive a profit of $10-14/hr per agent, based on experience of agent.
After a thorough search for a real competitor for legitimate work at home jobs, i came to the realization that they were all scams. They want money. I did come across a few legitimate ones that that wanted fees, typically background checks and training. I had previous knowledge of a company called Arise, which employee’s independent corporations to provided jobs to independent contractors. I am one of those corporations.
I previously had a great experience with Arise process, but I had the opportunity for another work at home opportunity that more fitted my technical skill and had a higher pay rate. At that time, I had just got out the Army and had spent a while with Earthlink's LPN/VoIP tier 3 support team. I have 22 employees ready to begin training and work immediately. These people already have the required equipment and have customer service experience to make an instant impact.
Since we have no local competition, I had to figure a plan to keep workers motivated. I plan to annually set up a bonus of some sort based upon top performers and attendance, which is the most important factor.
My experience has given 22 people proof that they can work from home legitimately and I plan to make more believers as we grow. Once we have established ourselves as a force, in the late quarter of year 2, we will have enough of a reputation and Research to seek contracts with other companies with the intention of opening a call center in year 4.

Corey Little- Owner/President, 24years old
More of an organized person and always see a plan through, I am the youngest and only boy with 2 older sisters. I graduated from Westside Academy in Detroit, MI in January of 2006. After graduation, I moved to Atlanta, GA. While there I joined the army after scoring a 79 on the ASVAB test. Originally deciding on being a cook, I changed to Network Switching system Operations before going to basic training. After my job training was complete I was honorably Discharge from the US army and stay in the Atlanta Area. The day after my discharge I was Hired at Ryla Teleservices, a company owned by Entrepreneur Mark Wilson. While being a part of the Earthlink team, my technical skill soared and I quickly became a leader among my peers. Ryla is the example I want my business to eventually mold into after we get established in the call center. I have also worked for JoiPhone, Charity motors, Hewlett Packard and GM.
