WHAT WE DO:
We are in the business of global asset tracking. We specifically focus on Fleet Management and Liquid Management.
• Fleet Management:
The largest company in this industry is Qualcomm. They track large 18-wheel tractor-trailers and have been doing this for many years now. The reason trucking companies pay Qualcomm to track their trucks is simple, they save more money on fuel and maintenance than the cost of tracking. Qualcomm only tracks the large tractor-trailers and they use satellite technology to do so. They have shown zero interest at this point in entering the Fleet Management area of the industry.
Fleet management is a new $6 billion market, created by a drop in the price of mapping technology and cellular airtime. Fleet management relates to "fleets" of 10-200 vehicles per fleet. There are 6.9 million vehicles in this market, these are primarily delivery/service vehicles that drivers take home every night or park at a local depot.
Less than one percent of these fleets use any form of electronic tracking. The time has come to change that, the proof being that in the last year, 90% of our prospects have become customers. With the added capital we expect that trend to continue.
Fact: In the next 5 years, every fleet in North America will use an electronic tracking service,
