Description:
I wish to purchase homes in Rickland County that are in danger of foreclosing. This desire arose out of a desperate need for housing. I am slated to begin the Honors Program at RCC in the fall but I cannot find a place to live!! There are alot of houses in Rockland County for sale considerably below market value. I however, do not have the capital or credit to take advantage of these opportunities on my own. I need an investor who will purchase a home and rent it back to me at a reasonable rate. Also, I am interested in managing other rentals for extra income.
