The Loan Structure: Yukon Stone Outfitters Ltd. plans to raise $ 800,000.00 US Dollars by offering to borrow money from lenders in increments of $25,000.00 each. The loans feature an 8% annual interest distribution for a 5-year period. The principal balance can be paid back to the lender at the end of the 5-year period or renewed for a further 5 years. Additional features of the loan are a discount available to each lender on the services offered by Yukon Stone Outfitters Ltd. Each lender is entitled to receive a 15% discount on one trip per year. The discount applies to all services offered by Yukon Stone Outfitters including Trophy Fees.
