Low cost to operate
Healthier food (in vogue)
Tastier
Ability to grow image as 'cool', whereas burgers and salads are old hat.
The food idea comes from a small European national; the recipe has been taken out of the restaurant and altered to make it suitable for fast food. The concept includes efficient processes from preparation, serving, Point of Sale, to processing the waste (we get environmental kudos from this too).
If funder[s] come forward, we can protect the intellectual property, produce a business plan, refine the outlet design, and open a trial outlet.
This model is designed for the British market but could work in any developed country.
