Hello, It has always been my dream to own a large investment property company, and I have written my business plan. I have a couple of ideas that I could certainly enjoy bouncing off of a few people. Essentially what I want to do as a start up investment property company is in our first year (2008), take over at least 100 units of investment property. I have researched the internet, (URL removed), my local area newspapers, the rental market, etc., and believe this to be easily attainable if I can get the funding I need for my company. I have good area contacts with great property managers, and am ready, willing, and able to do whatever you need me to do to convince you I can do this.
