Initially a contracting company in the Australian Mining Industry, Krylin has grown and molded its self into a position to be able to markedly capitalise on the rural sector of the Australian economy. With the need for food growing at an alarming rate to feed the expanding world population, there has never been a better time to enter the rural market. Establishment of a resilient beef cattle production operation will be supported with the combined experience of key personnel and associates of Krylin Holdings totaling over 125 years. With this experienced backing the correct selection and managing of the beef cattle operation, the realisation of fast and well streamlined returns will be forthcoming. The beef operation shall ensure quality is assured to expand profits with an improved E.B.I.T. The company will purchase operational beef cattle operations to establish a herd of 20,000 head of productive cattle in the first 12 months of the operation starting. This will allow for the capital return required to service the needs of both Krylin Holdings and those of the capital lender / Investor. The venture has a combined 12 month and 5 year cash flow forecast completed and show that over a 5 year period is able to sustainably grow and remain cash positive. At this point, it must be mentioned that the forecasts show a gradual increase of returns due to increasing the production capabilities of the beef cattle herd. With the Australian Rural sector being the back bone of the Australian economy in times of down turn; it is vital to cement a strong position as the global economy sets itself to climb out of the hole it has stumbled into. Setting our position now will allow us to command a premium when the need for our products increases as it will in the very near future. Taking into account the points raised Krylin Holdings Pty Ltd is well poised to markedly capitalise on the potentials of the Australian rural markets. Krylin Holdings Pty Ltd is seeking investors to invest in their company and its proposed ventures. Directors experienced in rural and retail application with an entrepreneurial drive and ground breaking intuition will help you realise the potential in that in which we have to offer. We are seeking Fifty (50) Million US Dollars to achieve the goals and landmarks of the company. This amount of capital will cover all running cost associated with the business, with some capital remaining for rapid expansion when required. Our options are open as to how the funding can be achieved and include but are not limited to: A loan secured against securities of the company with Interest only options and the entire loan amount due at the end of the loan period. The limit of the securities is up to Forty percent (40%) and is only held until the loan is repaid in full. A direct investment into the company for a Fifty (50) million US Dollars with up to Fifteen percent (15%) share holding of the company. The options for exit open for discussion. (This is to comply with the Australian Foreign Investment Board) An investor may invest via both of the above options with a total of up to Forty – five percent (45%) of the company being available for collateral for this option being split to cover both the loan and the direct investment. Again the securities covering the loan are only held until the loan is fully repaid.
