Purchase of distressed assets mainly from non-court appointed liquidators. our expertise covers 30 years in the motor trade and 30 years in corpoate banking. We have opertaed at a high level of turnover in the past (but cannot prove it) and currently operate at a low level of tutnover. We have been offered a Bank liquidation of £300mm (over 3 years) where approx. 15% is cars and the remainder is property. We can buy all the assets at considerable discount to market value and have the sources to sell the assets on very quickly. The profit availiable is very high and we are looking for a JV partner for this deal where we expect the profits to be no less than 15%.
