Description:
Altitude Roofing Ltd has been in existence since 2013. I was a partner until I bought the business from my partners March 2018. My first two years was spend training the manpower that I have. Now I have a flat roofing crew of 4 people, a pitch roofing crew of 5 people and a repair crew of 2 people. We do all kinds of roofing products, Self adhering SBS for flat, cedar roofs, architectural shingles, high definition laminate shingle, Enviro-shake and many other composites. Lastly one of the big ones is that we do metal as well.
We have just set up a tracking system to help us navigate the markets today and a new AP that has helped us bring our margins up. The three issues that we have are, finding workers, buying equipment to better service our clients and working capital. I am available to take a call at any time @ (Phone # removed).
This company is set up to run without my participation. I always felt that I wanted to know that I am not the only one to run the company. I have a 4 person management team.
