ezWaiter provides restaurants with the ability to expand their business and client base through online ordering. We make it easier for their customers to place orders online, which means an increase in their revenue. We charge the restaurants a small fee of .45 per order which they can pass onto their customer if they wish making it completely free for them.
Customers simply place orders from the online menu for the restaurant they choose and the orders are then faxed or emailed to the restaurant. The ezWaiter system can stand on its own or be integrated with an existing Website.
The system was developed so that the average restaurant owner can easily enter their menu info and be up and running in just a few hours with no technical expertise required.
