Acquirer of an award winning Peer to Peer online commodity trading application, now based on blockchain technology. Currently based in UK but will create a tax-effective group structure after funding.
Three very experienced Founders with well over 60 years experience in app creation, commodity trading and financial services. Initially targeting the $1.7 trillion oil markets, where we are already being asked when we will be ready to offer products such as diesel, gasoline, jet fuel and crude oil.
Extremely disruptive and specifically targeted at significantly reducing the transaction costs of commodity trading by eliminating the need for Bank Guarantees (using blockchain tokens and encrypted payment triggers).
Additionally, the trading information is not shared with indices and therefore the Buyer and Seller together set the price and not the markets, saving even more money. Having NO traders manipulating sales reduces costs still further, and can reduce the overall prices substantially. Seeking 4 quarterly tranches of $1.25m for a total equity stake of 25%. Anticipated 3-year valuation should be >$600m and with substantial dividends planned.
