Description:
as owner I have been in the construction industry for 28 years. We have experience in all types of building and remodeling. My wife and I had a vision to build independent living senior housing in Parkersburg Ia. Yes this is the town that had the f-five tornado. We have been working on this project for a while and several members from the city have approached us and said now is the time for senior housing if there ever was. Our marketing has just gotten started we have two signed up. The bank tells us we need 8 and 4 to 500K
We have the land for a 30 unit complex with 10 duplex associated with the senior housing. We would like to send you info. Clint Uhlenhopp/ Uhlenhopp Development
