My partner and I intend to establish a wind farm in West Texas. We currently have funding to estab. 2-4 mw. We are aggressively seeking additional funding to begin operations in the 10 + mw range. The site will be established on a 200 acre plot of land along the Pecos River. We also are in negiotations to purchase an additional 5000 acres, or an option thereon.
We are willing to accept an investor willing to purchase 45% of Veteran's Power (the company). We also offer a seat on the Bd. of Directors for an investment of $5,000,000.
We have opened negotiations with Rio Grand Electric Cooperative, a management company serving both TX and AZ.
