This historic building was built in 1804 and still operates as a gristmill, restaurant and micro-brewery. Guests can see grain ground to flour by 3,000-pound millstones, move to different floors via conveyer belt and finally sifted and bagged.
This uniquely historic location features and 74 guest capacity dining room with a gorgeous view of Silver Creek Fall, 40 guest capacity lounge, 12 guest capacity bar/microbrew and a 100 guest capacity banquet facility.
