My business partner and I are both active duty military and are greatly seeking investors to fund our real estate selling company. We have access to hundreds of foreclosed properties and have the education and resources to repair and sell them. Generating a ten to fifteen percent return on investment to any investors. Most houses we are looking for are in the ten to twenty thousand dollar opening bid range and are appraised at one hundred fifty thousand and over. My business partner is licensed to sell real estate and we have both received training threw the military on repair and construction.
