Description:
Looking for funding for drive-thru liquor store selling variety of popular upscale and moderate liquor, wine, and beer. Excellent location, high traffic. Nearby neighbors include McDonald's, Wendy's, Advance America Pawnshop, Money Box (check cashing), Taco Cabana, FootLocker and Cingular Wireless. Would like to be in full operation before new mega store, HEB Plus, similar to Super Walmart or Super Target, opens 170,000 sq. ft. store (across the street) in Winter 2007.
