CJ Holmes Real Estate is a small, independent real state brokerage and rental management company. We own and manage our own portfolio of rental units, in addition to providing our clients with excellent agent representation and property management services.
We are seeking expansion capital to acquire additional good quality, positive cash flow, residential real estate.
All capital will be used to acquire and improve the real estate. None of the capital will be used for business overhead, salaries, operating costs, rent-up, or rental holding costs. Those expenses are covered by other income streams.
Lending and Equity Partners will receive excellent passive income and gain, with the invested funds fully secured by the residential real estate acquired.
