My name is Cindy Winn and I am a small business start-up out of the Charlottesville, Virginia, area. I created a product called Spa Pocket last year and received a US Utility Patent only six months after the initial filing date (unique product).
This product has two primary target markets:
1. THE SPA INDUSTRY - Spa Pocket is the first and only personal face cradle cover designed for people who love professional massage but don't necessarily love to put their face into the face cradle of a massage table or massage chair. Spa Pocket provides the customer with a personally luxurious and comfortable slipcover to put their face on during their massage session. It also provides a convenient hanging pocket to keep personal items close at hand during their massage session, such as tissue, jewelry, aromatherapy, cell phone, iPod, earbuds for listening to their favorite music during their session.
2. THE TRAVEL INDUSTRY - Spa Pocket is a perfect product for the millions of travelers who carries a U-shaped travel neck pillow. Spa Pocket conveniently slips over the travel neck pillow and provides the traveler with a cozy, comfy and clean surface to rest on. The hanging pocket provides a convenient place to keep small items close at hand while traveling. The hanging pocket can also be used as a filter to hold up against the nose and mouth to protect against gross, stuffy odors AND to protect against airborne germs.
All materials are machine wash/dry so the product can be used for years to come by the consumer.
