Description:
We design and sell log home packages to people looking for second homes or retirement homes out of NYC. Our clients are usually retired or retiring firemen, police or teachers who have a substantial retirement income to live comfortably in our area, but who might not be able to continue to live in the city. Approximately 95% of our sales are to these folks - the other 5% are to local folks who are building their full-time homes.
