Rehab homes for energy efficiency and rent to families at reasonable rates promoting home ownership of said home. Each home would be sold to prospective family after 5 years. Appraised value less any repairs done by then renter, soon to be owner. First house is in Mundelein, Il. it is a three bedroom home with a fenced yard and two car garage (minimum requirments for all investments). The first clients have already been qualified by CJ Housing as first time homebuyers, they have the downpayment and would like to purchase the house for 10,000 more than purchase price which will be the profit for CJ Housing as well as the interest rate that we will collect by financing the home for them. We would like to help families hard on their luck and out of credit to get back on their feet while offering them quality living conditions and treating them with dignity while they do so. Our business will cater to families that have been displaced due to inflated home values and/or job interruption due to no cause of their own.
