We are a Not for Profit 501 c. We engage physically and mentally impaired children and adults with horses. The connection both physical and mental returns results 6 times faster than the traditional therapy. We work with Autism, MS, CP, ADHD and much other such physical & mental impairment. Golden Acres Rescue provides services to low income individuals (typically other non for profit referrals. For those person(s) making above low income status are charged and hourly rate of $75.00 per hour. Or we provide a sliding scale charge. The first year is the most expensive as we need to purchase special needs equipment for our clients. The start fund for this is typically around 150k. This will ensure Therapist -- Physical, Mental, Occupational. Our Organization would like to expand the program across the US. Providing US progression reports. Engaging impaired individuals with horses is a progressive therapeutic advance in the medical industry. Horse therapy is a growing industry for those who are Socially Conscience.
