USK Health will enable suppliers (manufacturers/importers) of healthcare products to distribute their products direct to healthcare institutions (hospitals, pharmacies, medical diagnostic laboratories). The suppliers will display their products and prices on our website. The website will provide healthcare institutions with a single point of access to a wide range of healthcare products. They can order for the products they want online or via telephone calls and have the productsdelivered to them by us.
I have conducted an impressive and extensive on-site marketing research to measure the market/industry opportunities and to forecast sales. I found the market/industry attractive and that using technological innovation is the most promising opportunity for entering the market.
I hope to launch with a distribution center in Owerri that will cover the southeast and southsouth regions of the country. I have designed a website (though not as good as I want it to be) (URL removed).
Even though I have gone far conceptualizing and developing the business model I appreciate that it is a massive project which I cannot execute alone. I need partners to work with.
