My company (Confidential) is looking for $500k in small business funding in order to acquire the business from the principal owner.
We are a national signing agency with title industry clients all over the country. I am the Founder and CEO. I started the company in 2019. Sales in 2021 are on pace to quadruple 2020 (multi-millions) with a track record of profits for 2020 and 2021. In the next 12 months, we will be expanding to other sectors beyond real estate, title companies and lenders into: legal, banking, auto ,medical, etc.
