I am wanting to start the ultimate "convenience" store/eatery. I want to offer gourmet coffee and juices along with a breakfast bar where people can stop in and get breakfast to go. At lunch I want to provide soup and sandwiches along with simple desserts that can be fixed quickly so people can have time to enjoy their meal and not rush to eat it. I also want to have a counter for people to mail packages while on their lunch break and an area for picture development. And I would like to have a small area set up where people can pick up small items like milk, bread, or OTC medications. I believe it will be very profitable. People can come in and get a hot, homemade meal, mail their packages and pick up small items they may need and avoid having to go to a big grocery store or Wal-Mart
