Newly retired airline executive Christopher Sullivan has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. As a Sous Chef in the early eighties he went on to earn his degree from the University of Southern Mississippi.
The concept of Jambalayas Cafe was created from a mix of dishes found in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. Freshness, quality and service is what we strive for on very one of our dishes.
Our product includes the freshest ingredients that are inspected and prepared daily to meet the highest standard of satisfaction.
