My company is food truck/catering company not only do we have set spots for certain events and days of the week, we also do catering for private events, parties, and petty much any occasion. We have a 14x8 ft trailer fully equipped with a range, flat-top, freezer, fridge, 3 comp sink, water heater, coffee, and deep fryers. We cook everything from scratch and everything is prepared daily and cooked to order. Strong beliefe in serving highest quality and freshest food we can.
My next venture is to open a restaurant which will allow me to cut cost with my trailer, such as comissary and food cost.
