Description:
Cornerstone Industrial Consultants, LLC is a new company providing high-level expertise in the Industrial
market segment, with an initial focus on saving American manufacturing businesses. The fundamental focus will be to
provide expert knowledge to our clients to increase the profitability and overall health of their organization.
We will accomplish these initiatives by identifying cost drivers in the specific areas of:
• Inventory Management
• Vendor Evaluation/Vendor Reduction
• Consolidation
• Product Standardization
• Process Mapping
As the business realizes success we plan to expand our client base beyond the Industrial segment to
Diversified Commercial Services, Contractors and Distribution Centers. In addition, we will look to evolve
and expand by providing additional services to our clients, such as sourcing and distribution of specific
products.
