Seeking 25-100k investment for an Angel or partnership funding only. NuWave Signs and Printing is a wholesale printing service provider (things like throw covers, banner stands, business cards, wristbands, signs, apparel etc.) to print shops, graphic designer and print resellers. We are part of a large network of 40,000+ resellers but have limited budget to reach this huge network of potential sales forces. These companies that are in this network have employees dedicated to selling tradeshow related items which there is only a few major players. We have been a part of this network for about 3 years and have not even touched base to more than 5% of these companies. We have a very big opportunity to reach sales in the millions within a very short time. The 95% of promotional items such as pens, bags and imprinted items are sold by resellers in this network which we can have direct access and opportunity to have them to sell for us. Our company is one of the only companies at this time that provide this wide a range of products which is why we are seeking investors to help market our company across the US to these potential distributors. We also have a retail division of the company but we focus on wholesale as the potential for growth is easier and quicker as it is basically residual income. Each reseller that we get they normally order from us several times a year to monthly.
