I developed Onboardia as a result of working in Human Resources for over 20 years and having the client perspective on the never-ending day one training and onboarding challenge with new employees. From a business standpoint, having to conduct training and process paperwork, is time consuming, costly and inefficient.
The vision of a standardized, web-based platform that would streamline the basic training and onboarding experience for organizations and produce well-informed “company ready” new employees quickly, is our core focus. The faster new employees can become productive contributors, the better for everyone.
I am extremely proud that Onboardia is the first of its kind innovating the way new employees, temps, interns, and contract employees are welcomed onboard and trained inside companies. Through our program, we empower companies in their day one training and onboarding strategy that helps produce new employees that consistently outperform.
