I am a short sale investor. My primary mission is to market to homeowners in pre-foreclosure that are in mortgages that are overleveraged in their market, educate them about the options available to them. Get an "Option Contract" for purchase and sale, negotiate the short sale with the lender, and any second or third mortgage holders, and lien holders, recieve an approval for the short sale, market and sell the property quickly. The benefit to the homeowner is saving thier credit, and taking the stress of the situation off of them.
