I am in the beginning stages of opening a new restuarant with a simple proven conceptin our area. It's an all u can eat buffet, no menu to order from just a set menuavailable on self serve bars.I previously helped open and run two succesful buffets in Florida. I am opening this one on a smaller scaleto keep investment money low, but have plans to expand . I have already found possible second location . Looking for small investment to get first one going and once proven money maker, I will give the investor the oppurtunity to invest in the expansion.
