Description: Moritc Modification, will be a manufacture, whole sale, and online retail, of Body Modification products and accessories, focusing mainly on Rare custom made Ear Gauges. We will also Produce and sell a magazine dedicated to Body Modification. Although we will focus mainly on the body modification industry, we will not be limited to it. We will also offer a service for custom screen printing, and decal/sticker printing, to everyone. Goals and Objectives Our goal is to have a successful company that stands out and above the average Body modification supplier. We will do this by letting the costumer design their own products. Our company will be known for its rarity of products in the body modification industry. The Mortic Modification Magazine's(to be stated here after as M3) goal is to reach out past the body modification industry to educate anyone who is interested in the culture. To meet all of our goals we would like to see sales double from the first year to the second year and atleast a twenty percent increase every year there after. Making a jump, from a sales prediction of five hundred thousand the first year and a half from production start date, to atleast one million by the end of the third. Our Philosophy Mortic Mod believes that people make the world beautiful, and we are trying to help people beautify themselves. Our philosophy is to go above and beyond great business. Supporting our industry, so it may, in return, support us. Making the world even more beautiful and diverse. Marketing Mortic Modification will market to anyone who has an interest in Body Modification, including but not limited to, tattoos, scaring, branding, implants, body piercing, and stretching. Body modification is an art, so we will market to anyone who has an interest in art. Industry The Body Modification industry is the sixth fastest growing retail industry in the United States and is growing more everyday. Each generation is becoming more excepting of body modification. In the last 70 years the number of people with at least one tattoo went from around 10 million americans to over 45 million. This is an industry that will keep growing. Over the next five years the body modification industry will have a slow but solid growth. However over the next ten to fifteen years, as a new generation emerges, the increase of the industry will be so great branching out to atleast 70 million poeple. Mortic Modification will be along for the ride, growing with the industry. Our Advantage Mortic Modification offers a service and products that are unlike any other company in the industry. We compete by giving the costumer a choice between something pre-made or something custom made just for them. We are looking for $350,000 start up capital. We predict to exceed the start up capital by at least $100,000, in the first year and a half(with a solid growth of at least twenty percent every year).
