Webco is a dental distribution company that is authorized to represent over 130 manufacturing lines. We were recently awarded our government contract (FSS contract) and were also certified as an SDVOSB (Service Connected Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business). We are the first and ONLY dealer in the United States in our field that has the designation of SDVOSB. The dental supply and equipment marketplace is over 150MM annually in sales. We have a warehouse office facility in Florida that is over 13,000 square feet. I am looking for an investor that would buy into a minority position of up to 49% of the company.
